Mirror For Roku Mac

Is there any planned support for doing screen mirroring on a mac? I've been a loyal Roku customer since Roku 1 and have used them since 2009. I also have zero windows or android devices. I never plan to own one - my preference. I dumped my windows boxes 10 years ago and never looked back.

Back when Roku 1 came out Apple TV wasn't very good. However now apple TV is quite a bit better than it was. Excluding mac devices from a beta seems like a serious error in judgement from someone in product development. Owning a mac doesn't mean you also own apple tv. Is product development telling me that I should just go 'buy apple tv' because we are not going to support OSX devices in our mirroring beta? There are apple owners that have supported this company for the last 6+ years. As a product I have never associated Roku with Windows/Android until now. I'm not sure that's the impression that the company wanted to give to it's customers.
