Since I started working professionally in the audio industry over fifteen years ago, I have watched iZotope grow by leaps and bounds to become one of the most respected pro audio brands on the market.
The Music Rebalance module has four adjustable parameters: Voice, Bass, Percussion, Other. You can, using the sliders, turn up or down these elements of a full mix. The example I use in the video below is turning up my voice-over which is permanently mixed to some tutorial music. To make the adjustment, literally all I needed to do was boost the Voice parameter and it worked perfectly. Just the volume of my voice was boosted and the musical elements stayed the same. There are many other applications of this fabulous tool and I’m excited to show you more in the coming weeks.
