As a mac user who has considered getting into RPG Maker(bought it a little bit ago, but haven't don't much with it), this makes me excited. I get tired of switching to bootcamp anytime I need to do something that's only available on PC. The Ren'Py save editor can scan for variables from the savefile and allow you to change them. You should be careful with editing, just find your money, gold, credits etc variable. Features: variables (money, items, stats etc.) And do not change any unknown variables please.
